This is how you use Wally:

1) Feed Wally 3 AAA batteries (INCLUDED FREE)
2) Close Wally's abdomen properly with the sealing ring and battery cover
3) Release Wally in the (swimming) pool
4) Enjoy!

After playing, Wally also wants to be dried off.
Longer time on dry land? Then take out the batteries!
